•Provide back-office support to customers primarily via email and SAP C4C, and occasionally via phone.
•Handle and process customer complaints and service requests in coordination with internal departments, customers, and manufacturers.
•Manage customer requests received through SAP C4C and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
•Investigate and resolve order-related issues, customer complaints, and invoice discrepancies.
•Review and resolve price discrepancies, including adjustments in SAP where required.
•Process product returns and support related administrative activities.
•Drive continuous improvements in Customer Service efficiency and effectiveness, providing support and expertise on SAP and SAP C4C processes.

Who we’re looking for
•Education: Bachelor’s degree with previous customer service experience is required.
•Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required. Experience as a nurse or in a laboratory environment is also considered relevant. Laboratory background is an advantage but not mandatory.
•Languages: Intermediate German (min B1/ B2) and English (min B1) skills, both verbal and written, are required.
•People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
•Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of well-known ERP or CRM system is preferred. SAP C4C experience is a plus.
•Personality: Proactive team player with commercial mindset and solution-oriented with strong customer service and organizing skills

This position is part of the Complaints Team, supporting Avantor customers across Germany. You will manage customer inquiries and complaint-related requests ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role is full time and permanent with standard flexible working hours.
We offer this role as fully remote for candidates based outside Bucharest, while candidates located in Bucharest will follow a hybrid working model with 8 office days per month.
