Role Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end: follow up on leads, prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to develop and implement sales strategies for your region.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
  • Handle contract negotiations and renewals in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards in customer interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
  • Work proactively to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the assigned region.

You should have

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical B2B sales or account management, ideally in the industrial sector.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work proactively, stay well-organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A customer-first attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player with a commercial mindset and experience in international environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
  • Able to work independently.
