In this role, you will be an important part of the Product Management team, working cross-functionally to develop and market PPC's product portfolio, with a focus on business customers (B2B).
Together with us, you have the chance to grow everyday, contributing to energy transition, being responsible of:
Taking charge of the entire lifecycle of the current B2B product portfolio (commodity, value-added services, B2B solutions).
Driving the roadmap and development for successful launches of new products.
Managing the complete end-to-end go-to-market process for new products, including customer insights, business case modeling, pricing, defining requirements, and successful launches.
Utilizing customer feedback from multiple touchpoints to build a comprehensive understanding of customer problems, opportunities, and behavior.
Monitoring and understanding the local and international market landscape, and reviewing the competition to provide business insights to the team.
Leveraging energy efficiency financing programs at the European or local level to drive relevant product development.
Being aware of legal, regulatory, and GDPR requirements and constraints according to the energy industry in Romania.
Monitoring portfolio evolution, sales results, and campaign results.
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences or a similar field
3-5 years of B2B product management experience, preferably within the energy sector
Clear understanding of product development stages
Extensive experience launching products
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
Ability to identify voice of the customer, market trends and understand main customer conversion moments
Ability to provide actionable insights to develop the product portfolio strategy
Proactive in collaborating with other departments: Customer Care, Sales, IT etc
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Nice to have: PowerBI, ThinkCell
Self-motivated team player with an excitement for driving results
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Always curious & eager to implement the next best marketing tactic that will drive results
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
