Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure
• Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations for potential clients
• Lead negotiations, handle objections, and agree on cooperation terms
• Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals
• Support contract signing and onboarding process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM
• Build and update sales forecasts and pipelines
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and target achievement

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for closing deals. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, and is confident in negotiating with C-level stakeholders.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess client potential and develop effective commercial solutions. You focus on value-based selling rather than competing only on price.
Fluency in Romanian (B2+) is required, while English and is considered an advantage.
