🧠 Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team and lead the business development efforts for our consumer electronics product lines. This role is key in building strategic partnerships, identifying new sales channels, and managing relationships with current retail and distribution partners across Romania.


🧾 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the B2B sales strategy for assigned product categories
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing retail, wholesale and marketplace partners
  • Prospect the market and identify new clients, distribution channels or B2B opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Promote and sell CE products through regular partner updates, campaigns and product launches
  • Propose and execute co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with key partners
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries and invoicing; ensure timely debt collection
  • Continuously collect, structure and analyze market data: competitors, trends, pricing, campaigns
  • Ensure constant partner communication, including regular on-site visits
  • Deliver product training and support for partners and key accounts
  • Oversee the launch of new products across all assigned sales channels
  • Provide ongoing sales forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Meet or exceed agreed KPIs: revenue targets, profitability, stock rotation
  • Maintain close collaboration with the sales team and other internal departments


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales; prior experience in the consumer electronics sector is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of the Romanian retail & distribution landscape in consumer electronics
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset, capable of working independently and taking initiative
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with long-term partner focus
  • Positive, collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the country
  • Valid Category B driving license
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a relevant field
