B2B Sales Specialist - E-commerce @Flip.ro
About Flip and the Role:
At Flip.ro/Flip.eu, we believe that buying and selling refurbished devices should be as simple and trustworthy as buying new. With operations across Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Greece, we are building a regional powerhouse in recommerce. We are seeking an energetic and curious Sales Specialist to join our Strategy & E-commerce Team and help identify, negotiate, and scale new B2B growth opportunities across all markets.
What you'll have to do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B or B2B2C) in existing and new markets;
- Build and nurture relationships with Accounts, Partners, and resellers;
- Proactively identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients, qualifying leads and presenting FLIP's unique value proposition;
- Own the full sales cycle, from the first cold call to onboarding and ongoing account management;
- Work together with Finance, Commercial & Partner teams to create a win-win approach, whilst maintaining a tight overview of each Account (incl. AP/AR);
- Collaborate with Supply and Operations to meet client needs and ensure timely, accurate deliveries;
- Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales KPIs (e.g., new clients onboarded, total revenue generated), while maintaining organized records in our CRM.
What makes you a good fit:
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles, preferably within E-commerce or Retail;
- Curious and open minded, what you may lack in experience, you compensate through ambition and perseverance;
- Excellent communication skills - empathetic and clear, both verbally and in writing;
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with creating clarity in the unknown;
- Analytical thinking is a strong plus;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, highly motivated to work in a fast-paced, growing environment;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Romanian and/or other regional languages (Hungarian, Greek, Bulgarian) is highly desirable.
