Job Details

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Job Type: Full-time | Shift-based | On-call support

Language: German – Mandatory with basic English

Salary range: RON 220K per annum + Shift & On Call Allowance

Key responsibilities:

• 24*7 operations for B2B customers
• Flexible to work in different shifts
• Monitoring, Ticket creating, handing, clearing, resolving, and closing incident records on Remedy tool
• Handling Level 2 support activities
• Managing escalated faults and work in crisis to resolve the faults
• Fault management, problem management, change management and Trouble ticket management.
• Troubleshooting of faults with in defined SLA/OLA
• Configuration Management & support Change Management
• Coordination with NOC, Carrier, MVNOs, Back-Offices & other internal teams for operational issues
• Doing RCA for repetitive faults and performance analysis of the network
• Knowledge transfer to other team members
• Willing to work in case of emergency/big outage situation
• Scheduling or attentive in regular meetings with customer

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Telecom Core domain
• Clear understanding of Core network architecture.
• Clear understanding of different network elements like MSC,MGW,HLR,HSS,STP,SBC,CSCF,TAS,PGW etc.
• Sound knowledge in ISUP/IMS/LTE call/sms flow
• Configuration of IP voice business customer.
• Should have a operations & troubleshooting experience in following technologies
• Circuit Switches/Wireline switches/IMS/VoLTE/LTE
• Should have experience to provide Level 2 fault management support, executing changes in the network and providing solutions for problems
• Hands on experience in SIP/ISUP protocol.
• Knowledge on TCP/IP protocol.
• Have good analytical and technical decision making skills
• Should have experience of user level knowledge on tools like Netcool, Remedy, Wire Shark etc.
• Experience to decode the call traces & troubleshoot.
• Apply various troubleshooting methods to track down complex technical problems
