As a B2O Service Delivery Coordinator (Exams), you will ensure the seamless planning and execution of exam delivery activities, coordinating registrations, scheduling, compliance checks, financial processes, and operational workflows to the highest standards.Working closely with internal stakeholders and shared service teams, you will oversee critical delivery processes, monitor service quality, manage risks, and ensure full compliance with exam security, safeguarding, and awarding body requirements. You will act as the operational backbone of the service, ensuring exams are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with contractual commitments.We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in coordinating operational processes within a regulated environment such as exams, education, logistics, events, or professional services. You will bring strong stakeholder management skills, excellent process control, a commitment to quality and compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
