Our partner, a global leader within the hardware field, is looking for a Business Analyst Support for EMEA Services Category segment to assist with a wide range of activities!
Main responsibilities:
- Custom SKU request ownership, and tactical enablement:
- Pick-up new request from the SKU creation portal (3PO SharePoint)
- Assess completeness of the required information
- Contact requestor for missing info
- Document technical requirements and push to:
- PDM team for 3PO & VDPS custom SKU request
- Procurement team for Vendor Enablement and costing
- Provide orderable SKU back to requestor at the end of the process
- Comply with Target SKU creation E2E TAT target (5BD, unless need to identify and set-up a new vendor for PLAC)
- Catalog Mgt task:
- Keep record of orderable catalog, subject to checking availability / price update
- Challenge relevance of custom SKU creation when a std SKU could be used
- Ad hoc additional tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience as Business Analyst/Back-office specific transaction
- Typically 6+ years of related experience in IT/business operations/business analyst
- E2E/big-picture vision of the Q2C processes
Knowledge and skills:
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Mastery in English
- Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies
- Extensive knowledge and skills in using business applications (Excel, Visio, Power Point)

Note:
- We offer an initial contract of one year through Prohuman with the possibility of extension/conversion. We are looking for someone who can dedicate 8 hours/day (09:00 – 18:00, one hour lunch break, hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days WFH)), from Monday to Friday, communicates efficiently, has intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and has experience supporting large accounts (B2B customers).
