Main Responsibilities
- Take over approved financing files and manage the required administrative steps through to financing
- Communicate with clients to collect additional documentation and clarify information required for contracting
- Prepare the contractual package and other documents to be signed by the client and the relevant parties
- Update information and documentation in internal systems in preparation for project publication
- Coordinate the signing process in collaboration with notaries, clients and territorial representatives
- Follow up on the formalities related to collateral registration and collect the corresponding documentation
- Verify that each file is complete and that all required documents have been duly signed
- Prepare final documentation for project publication and post-financing administrative steps
- Send relevant documentation to clients and ensure proper file archiving
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records of all projects in progress

In this role, you will support the operational management of approved projects, from documentation preparation through project publication and financing.
You should apply if you recongnize yourself in the following profile:
- Experience in back office, contract administration, lending operations, leasing, banking
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously;
- Good communication skills with clients and external partners;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with lending documentation, collateral, RNPM, land registry procedures or notarial processes is a strong advantage.
