Therefore, a Successful Candidate Would Be Responsible For
- Collate order information packs;
- Process sales orders;
- Input data into SAP;
- Check Acknowledgements from factories/suppliers for specification and pricing errors;
- Invoice and acknowledge Customer Orders;
- Create spreadsheets;
- Liaise With Manufacturing Factories and Suppliers;
- Liaise With Transport Partner For Delivery and collections;
- Communicate relevant information to other departments;
- Deal with queries from internal and external customers;
- General office duties.
Requirements For Success
- Good level of computer skills (MS Office);
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems would be a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in a similar position it’s a plus;
- Organizational skills;
- Soft skills: attention to detail, client focus and time management.
- Good German/Spanish & English skills.
