THE WORK:
Responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem-solving discussions. Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development is required. Intermediate proficiency in Software Design & Solutions and Software Engineering is suggested.
Develop a strong understanding of project requirements and contribute to delivering high-quality software components.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth integration and functionality of software solutions.
Identify and resolve common technical issues independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
Continuously improve technical skills and apply best practices to enhance software development processes.
Contribute to team discussions by sharing insights and recognizing recurring patterns to support overall project success.
WHAT YOU NEED:
1+ years of Java EE experience, knowledge of Java Spring framework and application servers (Glassfish, WebLogic)
Object oriented analysis and design using design patterns
knowledge of AWS cloud platform is a plus
Pro-active, flexible, reliable and solution-oriented attitude
Ability to meet deadlines
Good team player
Excellent English skills, both in writing and speaking
