Tasks

• Develop and maintain Kotlin and Spring Boot services to support new features and improve existing systems;
• Contribute to backend development across current and future projects, working independently and proactively;
• Collaborate closely with React and TypeScript frontend teams to ensure smooth integration and a seamless user experience;
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables;
• Support deployment and cloud-related tasks where necessary.
  

Qualifications
Must have:

• Proven experience in backend development;
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Spring Boot frameworks;
• Comfortable working in iterative, cross-functional teams;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively;
• Commitment to high-quality standards and clean code practices;
• Customer-focused approach, ensuring solutions meet user and business needs;
  

Nice to have:

• Understanding of frontend integration workflows; familiarity with React and TypeScript is a plus;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
  

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract : Unlimited

• Language skills: business-fluent English at C1 level; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
