Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will drive continuous improvement within the team and contribute to the overall success of the development initiatives.ActivityDay-to-Day Responsibilities Designing and developing modern and modular Java/Spring boot applications using current coding and testing standards.Working collaboratively and closely with a global team of technologists.Strong ability to lead with ideas and innovation.Participating in agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team's goals.Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teamsConduct root cause analysis of application performance issues and recommend solutions or optimizations.Optimize application deployments, configurations, and resource allocations for improved performance and scalability.Stay current with industry’s best practices and emerging trends in application performance management and monitoringWho Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers.
