We are looking for a BI Data Analyst who will act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders, translating business needs into high-quality BI features and data solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to design, document, and validate BI solutions aligned with both system architecture standards and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted partner for business representatives and collaborate closely with them.
• Identify business needs and translate them into high-level BI features.
• Analyze current business and data process flows and design solutions aligned with system architecture standards and business requirements.
• Define feature acceptance criteria and design QA testing strategies and plans.
• Document technical implementation steps and collaborate with ETL developers during development and QA validation.
• Support feature development through testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate a proactive, curious, and learning-oriented mindset.

• Salary package: 9000-10.000 ron net
• We can work under a B2B contract or a standard employment contract.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of banking products and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of data management concepts.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse architecture, including data integration and reporting.
• Oracle SQL expertise, supported by certification or relevant hands-on experience.
• Good knowledge of PL/SQL, including analysis and debugging of packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Familiarity with BI / IT solution implementation steps.
• Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, well-organized, adaptable, and a team-oriented mindset.
