Role: BI Reporting Analyst

The role:
We are looking for a BI Reporting Analyst for our office in VASS BRASOV, who would join a team of open-minded and personable people.

• Collect, process, and validate test result data from Excel files
• Use macros (VBA or similar) to automate data formatting and standardization
• Transform and visualize data using Power BI, creating clear and consistent reports
• Export and format reports into PowerPoint for client-facing presentations
• Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies and investigate root causes
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the reporting process and tools

And you?

• 2 years of experience in data processing, reporting, or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros or VBA scripting
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data modeling, visualization, and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot data issues
• Good communication skills — able to explain complex data findings clearly
• Experience with PowerPoint for assembling and formatting presentations
• Mandatory - German (B2)
