We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to join the team of one of our partners – a growing company in the food & hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, client activation, and building long-term business relationships. This role focuses on managing and developing key B2B accounts within the HoReCa and Pastry segments, driving growth, client satisfaction, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and high service standards;
• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the food service, HoReCa, and pastry sectors;
• Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives that expand the branch’s market presence;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met;
• Negotiate contracts, track branch performance, and ensure profitability targets are achieved;
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, customer service) to deliver tailored solutions that support business development;
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management, sales management, or a similar leadership role within the food service, HoReCa, or pastry/confectionery industry;
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Proven experience in achieving commercial objectives and managing operational performance;
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented mindset;
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken);
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
