Branch Manager – Timisoara

We are looking for a Branch Manager for our Timisoara office, a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to drive business growth and manage a local team. In this role, you will have autonomy, direct impact on the branch’s profitability, strategy and operations.

Role-specific responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the local team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance
• Develop and implement plans to improve team efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction
• Monitor team performance and propose measures to streamline branch activities
• Drive business growth by promoting company services and identifying new opportunities
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted HR advisor
• Consistently win new business through sales visits, marketing, and ongoing relationship management
• Manage P&L and make strategic decisions to maximize revenue and profitability
• Implement company strategy locally and create actionable plans for the branch
• Ensure compliance with procedures, track commercial reporting, and oversee financial operations

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in B2B sales; experience in team coordination is a plus
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and hands-on approach
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Category B driving license
• Advanced level of English
