We have an exciting program for a Virginia based client and we're looking to hire energetic, reliable, and passionate Brand Ambassadors! For this role, you will be expected to retain brand knowledge, and attract, interact and encourage consumers to interact with the activation assets. Sometimes, you’ll help unload / load the assets off of our truck into the activation site. Othertimes, you’ll work one of the fun interactive elements of the activation, and just engage with clients while they play on the footprint. You will almost always be distributing premiums to consumers as they interact with the activation while also keeping the area clean during the event.
To work these activations, you do have to undergo a full background check, which will include getting fingerprinted. But good news, once you have cleared the background, you are able to work these fun events throughout the year.
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Activation Sites - Throughout Virginia – Richmond, Bristol, Manassas, Arlington, Norfolk, Leesburg, Roanoke, Gainesville, Poquoson, Fairfax
Mostly Friday, Saturday and Sunday activations. Weekend availability is a must!!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Retain brand knowledge
• Attract, interact and encourage consumers
• Direct consumers to the various stations
• Distribute premiums
• Maintain the cleanliness of the event area
• Communication with Field Manager (check-in and check-out)
• Optional but highly desired - Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)

Once cleared you will be able to work this fun program throughout the year
