The Role
Teciem is looking for a Brand Designer to help shape, protect, and evolve our visual identity as we grow as an independent business.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who cares deeply about craft, clarity, and consistency - and who is excited by the challenge of turning complex ideas, data, and stories into confident, engaging visuals. You’ll work across our visuals – content, social, website, thought leadership, events, campaigns, and other customer-facing materials, helping ensure our brand shows up clearly and coherently at every touchpoint.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing and subject-matter experts, and over time become a key guardian of the Teciem visual identity - someone who understands the brand deeply and helps it mature with confidence.
Scope Of Work
Visual Identity & Brand Stewardship

• Help apply, protect, and evolve the Teciem visual identity across all channels
• Ensure consistency and quality across brand, marketing, and customer-facing materials
• Contribute to the development of templates, guidelines, and visual systems that support scale
  

Data Storytelling & Website Content

• Design data-led visuals for the Teciem campaigns, website, and flagship content
• Translate research, insights, and complex concepts into clear infographics and visual frameworks
• Support web and content teams with strong visual storytelling that improves clarity and engagement
