We are seeking to recruit for the Marketing Department a passionate and energetic Brand Manager, who enjoys challenges, to assume the responsibility of one of our consumer leading brands. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the brand strategy in line with the company’s overall business objectives. Own the brand positioning, identity, values, and communication strategy across all relevant channels. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Lead the planning and execution of product launches, brand activations, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. Work closely with creative, digital, PR, social media, sales, and other internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication. Manage the annual brand marketing plan, including budgets, timelines, priorities, and key initiatives. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Ensure consistency of the brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints and marketing materials. Monitor campaign and brand performance using relevant KPIs, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations. Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to align brand strategy with business and revenue objectives. Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, briefs, and other brand-related content. Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices. Act as the brand’s key internal ambassador, ensuring strong brand understanding and alignment across the organization.
