• Coordinate all brand-related activities (products, services, experiences, etc.)
• Coordinate and carry out Club-related activities (managing relationships with Club members, expanding the subscription portfolio, creating and marketing new activities for Club members, etc.)
• Create new projects and improve the Concierge service offered by the Club
• Create new projects and manage the organization of Brand-related events, coordinating logistics and follow-up processes after events
• Provide dedicated support for establishing contacts, discussions, and negotiations with partners, suppliers, agencies, or other involved parties
• Create and enhance the Brand’s social media content
• Review and create text and graphics for presentation materials
• Negotiate event budgets
• Availability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Develop communication, promotion, and sales strategies for the Brand, its services, and its product portfolio

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Excellent command of English
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Master’s degree in PR / Marketing or related fields
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Proactivity, creativity, understanding of luxury industry trends nationally and internationally, entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• At least 1–2 years of experience in the luxury sector is highly valued
• Ability to draft managerial documents
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
