We are looking for a BRAND MANAGER to join Wörwag Pharma marketing team in order to develop, implement and assume the strategic and operational plans for the allocated products, to improve the product profitability and competitive position and to act as a marketing partner for the internal and external customers. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong pharma experience who is ready to drive brand strategy, market growth, and impactful consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies and promotional tactics for the assigned Consumer Healthcare brands, ensuring alignment with global and local business objectives.
• Achieve the marketing objectives (market share, growth, profitability).
• Deeply understand consumers and decision-makers throughout the purchasing journey to identify growth drivers and brand positioning opportunities.
• Conduct competitive analyses, develop SWOT assessments.
• Plan and execute scientific events, symposiums, communication campaigns, and brand activation programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders to gain insights and strengthen product awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, brand KPIs, consumer programs, and overall image consistency.
• Oversee marketing budgets and collaborate with advertising, media, and digital agencies.
• Support the sales team with training, materials, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful implementation of brand strategies.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts for assigned products and prepare business cases for new product launches.
• Present brand results, strategy, and plans to the management team during Business Reviews and Brand Plan presentations.
