• Establishing the objectives and strategy of brands, on both short and long term
• Developing the activity plan for each brand; constant monitoring of brands
• Translate strategies into yearly brand plan and ensure execution to generate sustainable growth and profit in line with company's objectives
• P&L responsibility for the brands with active monitoring, controlling and ensuring the brands NS and GM
• Propose corrective actions when achievements below targets
• Coordinate together with Sales Team approved plans
• Evaluate major projects and prepare key learning
• Regular monitoring of brand performance and adjustment of the plan
• Plan and develop marketing campaigns for events and brand awareness campaigns in order to ensure goal achievements.
• Create, plan and implement communication and PR campaigns and strategies, for a better awareness of each project.
• Develop relationships with partners, clients and media channels and keeping in touch with them.
• Coordinate communication and marketing activities by providing the directions and resources needed.
• Create and implement in an accurate and consistent way, a full event activity schedule.
• Coordinate technical teams and all other entities involved during an event.
• Customize events and adapt offers and projects to the client’s needs, study the target market and deliver appropriate content in order to achieve the desired goals.
• Design implementation strategies and direct the events accordingly with the targeted market, develop and apply short and long-term strategic plans and campaigns, overseeing budgets.
