BRAND MANAGER Retail&HoReCa

We, at Julius Meinl Romania, are looking for an experienced and driven Brand Manager to take ownership of our brand development across both Retail and HoReCa channels.
This is a key role with end-to-end responsibility for building and executing brand strategy, driving growth and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across different touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Define and implement brand strategy across Retail and HoReCa, ensuring alignment with local objectives and global guidelines
• Drive brand growth by identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable initiatives
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and consumer behavior, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions
• Continuously assess product portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimization, innovation and growth
• Develop and leverage market and consumer studies to inform brand strategy and business decisions
• Lead integrated ATL & BTL campaigns, from concept to execution and performance tracking
• Manage product launches end to end [positioning, communication, pricing logic, portfolio optimization]
• Adapt brand activation strategies to specific needs of Retail and HoReCa channels
• Plan and manage brand presence at key industry events, ensuring impactful execution and alignment with overall strategy
• Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Sales and external partners to deliver strong commercial impact
• Monitor campaign performance and extract insights to continuously optimize results
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
