We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Manager to join our enthusiastic and high-performing Marketing Department and manage a dermatology/beauty portfolio. Main responsabilities:Define, implement and monitor the marketing strategy and annual brand plans for the allocated portfolio, across sales force, medical division, distribution channels and final consumers.Maintain and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, visual identity and tone across all channels and touchpoints.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, pricing, competitors and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven decisions.Plan, execute and monitor ATL, BTL, PR, social media and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial priorities.Coordinate the implementation of marketing activities, including collaboration with marketing and advertising agencies, while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.Manage the marketing budget for the allocated portfolio, allocating resources efficiently, controlling costs and monitoring return on investment.Monitor KPIs, measure campaign performance, prepare reports and present relevant analyses to management and producers, as required.Conduct market visits, deliver product trainings for sales and medical teams, and maintain relationships with suppliers and Key Opinion Leaders.
