Core Responsibilities
- Strategic focus on Masterbrand Agenda
- Holistic approach on the brand health KPIs in our markets
- Manages planning and execution of Masterbrand campaigns/communication plans, in line with regional and ROBGIS BU strategy and recommends to marketing head the direction and actions
- Budget management
- Responsible for Occasions Agenda
- Drive strategy and planning across all toy shopping occasions
- Execution of integrated Shopper marketing communication campaigns during Occasions
- Responsibility of implementing efficiency investment model for Shopper agenda during Occasions
- Budget management
- Collaboration and marketing representation
- Consolidate marketing assumptions for Masterbrand/Occasions campaigns and input into Demand Planning
- Works closely with rest of Marketing Team (Retail Marketing Trade Marketing, Brand and Digital) as well as other functions (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure successful Campaigns/Activity plans implementation
- Interacts with relevant external stakeholders (media, PR, events agencies etc) for campaigns execution
- ROBGIS Primary point of contact for Integrated Marketing Masterbrand & Occasions Global Team
- Other ad-hoc assignments

Marketing Department in ROBGIS BU is responsible for creating and fostering consumer demand for the LEGO Group by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus.

Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management with a proven track record of building strong brands locally. Preference for candidates who have successfully adapted global brands to local markets or have built successful local brands from the ground up.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, preferable at Master level
- Positive and effective team-player with excellent collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business results
- Effective presentation and writing skills in English
- Open to learn and strong problem solver
- Have a strong level of marketing understanding and commercial acumen
- Good knowledge in MS office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
