We’re currently partnering with one of our top clients, an award-winning casino game provider and software development company, renowned for delivering high-quality, engaging, and immersive gaming experiences.

To support their expanding studio operations, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Broadcast Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

As a crucial leader in the broadcast studio, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, testing, and configuring new broadcast equipment and systems
• Supervising the technical support team to ensure seamless, high-quality operations
• Maintaining and troubleshooting video, audio, and transmission systems
• Partnering with creative teams to implement system upgrades and optimizations
• Responding quickly to issues, identifying root causes, and providing alternative technical solutions
• Setting up and operating equipment for live broadcasts and events
• Designing and developing custom audio-visual systems and circuits
• Overseeing studio construction and ensuring all systems meet safety and compliance standards
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• A strong background in electronic engineering and communication equipment
• Expertise with production video switchers and advanced camera control systems
• Solid experience with SDI infrastructure and live chroma key environments
• Strong understanding of photographic concepts: exposure, shutter speed, ISO, lenses
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
• Advanced IT knowledge and project management capabilities
• Superior communication skills and English proficiency (C1)
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to perform well under pressure
