Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst (BA) to support our client with integration projects. This role will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, creating clear workflows and project plans, tracking project progress, and assisting with testing. The BA will work closely with developers, the Director of Integrations, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of integration solutions.

This position is part of a US based staffing and workforce organization with a focus on enhancing integration capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and supporting scalable, people-centric technology solutions. The project emphasizes seamless data flow, streamlined collaboration, and high‑quality delivery across systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and clarify business requirements for integration projects
• Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
• Create visual workflows, process maps, and project plans to illustrate requirements and solution designs
• Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Partner with the Director of Integrations to prioritize and manage integration initiatives
• Track project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure timelines are met
• Participate in and support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validation of integration solutions
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed
• Support continuous improvement by refining requirement-gathering and documentation processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on integration projects
• Strong understanding of integration platforms and workflows
• Hands-on experience with one or more integration tools preferred: ie Zapier, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft
• Excellent skills in documenting requirements, creating workflows, and writing BRDs
• Workato experience is a strong plus and considered a significant advantage
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and business teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with testing processes, including writing test cases and supporting UAT
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello)
• Availability daily between 16:00–20:00 EET (GMT+2)
• Contract Type B2B only
