We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our Communications

team in making sense of data and turning it into clear, relevant insights and

recommendations for decisionmaking. The role is not about building complex data

models or advanced technical analytics. Instead, it focuses on interpreting existing

data, understanding business and stakeholder needs, and translating insights into

actions that improve communication effectiveness across channels, campaigns and

topics.

Acting as a bridge between data and decisionmaking, this role ensures that insights

are meaningful, easy to understand, and actionable for a wide range of

communications stakeholders.

What your agency brings:

The agency should be able to provide a dedicated web analyst with the following

profile:

 Analyze and interpret communications data (e.g. media intelligence,

channel/campaign performance, listening insights) to identify relevant signals,

patterns, risks and opportunities

 Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, tailored to

different Communications stakeholders

 Act as a sparring partner for digital experts, channel owners, campaign leads

and content/topic owners

 Support the shift from descriptive reporting to insight‑driven storytelling and

informed decision-making through high-quality presentations, summaries, and

leadership‑ready materials

 Foster transformation within the Communications function by challenging

established habits and embedding a learning‑focused mindset into workflows

and discussions

Core skills:

 Strong analytical and interpretative skills

 Deep understanding of Corporate Communications, communication channels

(organic + paid) and performance measurement in a communications context

 Comfortable working with dashboards, tools and datasets—focusing on

interpretation instead of data science/engineering

 Confidence to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and act as an

independent thought partner

 Structured, proactive, outcome-focused and able to integrate quickly into

existing teams and workflows
