Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement;
• Develop data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making;
• Serve as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals;
• Perform quality assurance and assist with the testing and deployment of new software product features; Automate reporting processes;
• Writes predictive reports on the company's operational activity, the effects of costs and earnings, as well as the expected economic performance for the current or future financial year;
• Prepares financial analysis reports accompanied by tables and graphs;
• Analyzes the company's economic/operational results, performs variant analyses, identifies new economic and/or financial trends and formulates recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles, with a strong focus on turning data into actionable insights;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field;
• English - advanced level;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working on large and complex datasets;
• Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, web analytics tools, etc. - customize as needed);
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred);
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, ensuring alignment between technical outputs and strategic objectives.
