We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience in modern data platforms, particularly Databricks, who can act as a bridge between the business, Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams.The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining functional specifications, and ensuring the correct implementation of data solutions.Responsibilities:Business AnalysisGather, analyze, and document business requirements.Organize workshops with business and IT stakeholders.Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.Assess the impact of changes on existing processes and systems.Define business rules, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.Data & DatabricksCollaborate with Data Engineers to design and develop data pipelines in Databricks.Analyze data sources, mappings, and data transformations.Participate in defining data models and the overall information architecture.Understand and document ETL/ELT processes developed in Databricks.Contribute to the definition of data quality rules and operational controls.Ensure data traceability from source to reporting.Testing & ValidationDefine test scenarios and acceptance criteria.Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).Validate implementation results together with stakeholders.Investigate defects and perform root cause analysis.Mandatory Skills Description:We will appreciate if you:• Have a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas;• Are familiar with middleware concepts and technologies (e.g. APIs, message brokers, ESB, SOA);• The Middleware platform develops modules for a wide range of projects across a multitude of technologies, so it is necessary to have a continuous openness to novelty and change;• Have experience with data mapping, data transformation, and system integration projects;• Are focused on finding solutions;• Can easily and clearly communicate with business and IT colleagues;• Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility;• Exert ownership of requirements throughout the software development cycle;• Are a team player, energetic person with a desire to learn and progress;• Have good presentation skills;• Good command of English;Job Qualifications:• 3+ years experience in business & system analysis, preferably with focus on systems integration• Knowledge of core banking system, integration, loan application, treasury, etc. helps;• API’ s Interface knowledge; previous experience in designing interfaces;• At least medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams;• Previous experience with Jira, Confluence applications;• Fluent in SQL;• Previous Agile methodology experience with medium to large number of team members involved;Nice-to-Have Skills Description:• Have worked in the banking field, so that there is a business idea of the flows in a bank;• Be familiar with specific SSO/ CIAM concepts: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Tokens, MFA; Show more Show less
