Business Analyst – EMEA Services (On-site, Bucharest)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support EMEA Services operations through end-to-end ownership of custom SKU creation and catalog management activities. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, IT processes, procurement, and product data management, and requires strong analytical judgment and operational discipline.

You will work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure that requests move efficiently from intake to completion while meeting defined turnaround targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end custom SKU request processing, from intake to delivery
• Assess request completeness and follow up with requestors for missing or unclear information
• Document and translate business and technical requirements
• Coordinate with:
• Product Data Management teams for SKU creation
• Procurement teams for vendor enablement and costing
• Deliver orderable SKUs back to the requestor within agreed SLAs (5 business days unless new vendor setup is required)
• Maintain and update the orderable SKU catalog, including availability and pricing checks
• Challenge unnecessary custom SKUs when standard SKUs are appropriate
• Support ad-hoc operational and analysis tasks related to Q2C processes

Required experience and skills

• First-level university degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Business Analysis
• IT or business operations
• Back-office or transaction-heavy operational roles
• Strong end-to-end understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience in large, complex, enterprise environments
• Exposure to product catalog management or SKU lifecycle processes
• Business analysis certifications (e.g. CBAP or equivalent) cannot be confirmed as mandatory, but are considered an advantage
