The role combines business analysis, process optimization, and data-driven insights to design effective solutions and drive their implementation within agile projects, digital transformation initiatives, or maintenance activities.Translate business needs into well-defined business requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)Ensure alignment with Group and Regional O&C teams on requirements prioritization and backlog managementEnsure consistency of the whole E-2-E roll-out process, quality, and smooth interfacesEnsure functional alignment and validation with all business stakeholders (Group/ Regional/ Local functions)Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews) and collaborate with Product OwnersProvide support in the solution design (project/maintenance) to Group and RegionsWork with Architecture team in the high-level solution design when relevantProvide high-level estimation of solutions and propose alternative solutions when relevantContribute to and validate the test plan; support UAT coordinationFollow-up requirement execution/implementation of Group business needsTake decisions/actions on defects submitted for arbitrationWrite user guides, provide core training, documentation, and user manuals for lead applicationsDefine and validate non-functional requirements of lead applications (SLA, availability, resiliency)Support change management and adoption activities for new implementations Show more Show less
