We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst and Solution Design t to join our team:

• Analyse existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets their needs.
• Oversee product development and ensure it meets specified requirements.
• Facilitate change and configuration management.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requested Skills

• Strong Insurance business knowledge, Jira and Confluence, SQL and very strong technical analytical skillsets. Functional knowledge about insurance business concepts recommended.
• ABS, Finance ABS, Postman, SQL, Cisl, System Architecture & Integration (ABS, Emagin, SISU)
• Microservices architecture, API design & management, Data modeling and process design
• Monitoring & logging frameworks (OneBi, Grafana, Kibana, etc.)
• Cloud services AWS/Azure knowledge
• Confluence, Visio
• Insurance workflows (claims, policy, finance, contract)

• Document Lifecycle Management – design, approval, archiving

Required Domain Knowledge:

• Insurance document types: policy schedules, claims statements, payment letters, regulatory notices
• Regulatory & compliance standards: e.g., GDPR, digital correspondence mandates
• Understanding of contractual clauses, multilingual template management, branding, and localization
• Sisyphus, Data Migration, ABS (Allianz Business System) knowledge, Java, Phyton
• ABS, Finance ABS, Postman, SQL, Cisl, System Architecture & Integration (ABS, Emagin, SISU)
