If you join our team, you’ll be challenged to:

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
• Apply advanced business analysis expertise to define and implement scalable solutions.

• Validate and verify data to propose solution options that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Define solution approaches and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with stakeholder expectations and organizational objectives.
• Drive sprint planning and estimation, managing dependencies and constraints effectively.
• Establish and implement robust practices for requirements management and project governance.
• Develop training materials and provide coaching to teams to enhance maturity in using analysis tools.
• Promote innovation by adopting new technologies and processes, including AI, to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance from both business and client perspectives, incorporating external insights.

To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have:

• Solid experience in defining requirements for technology platforms within the banking sector or banking-related projects.
• Expertise in projects focused on identity and authorization across multiple channels for a unified and coherent client access model.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs and multiple projects in parallel within a regulated environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong ability to anticipate risks, resolve complex problems, and manage conflicting requirements.
• Experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams as well as collaborating with project partners.
• Expertise in process orchestration to enable smooth navigation between channels for all customer segments.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments and modern delivery practices.
• Deep understanding of banking systems and processes, with solid experience in core banking processes, portfolio migrations, and application development impacting customer portfolios.
• Expertise in projects focused on real-time data and event streaming.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
