We are now looking for a Senior AI-Forward Business Analyst to join a strategic project involving several interconnected business models and operational platforms, including CRM, ERP, Project Management, HR, Fleet Management, multi-cloud environments, and other enterprise modules.

This is not a classic Business Analyst role. We are looking for someone who can combine strong business analysis skills with a modern, AI-enabled way of working.

As an AI-Forward Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, designers, development teams, and delivery managers to understand business needs, structure complex requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.

You will be expected to use modern tools, including AI-based platforms, to accelerate discovery, documentation, prototyping, process mapping, and backlog creation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in complex environments, can understand multiple business domains quickly, and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and direction to ambiguous requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs, workflows, processes, and system requirements.
• Translate high-level business objectives into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product specifications.
• Support the design of complex enterprise modules such as CRM, ERP, Project Management, HR, Fleet Management, and multi-cloud operational flows.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, architects, developers, QA engineers, and delivery teams.
• Use AI-based tools to speed up research, documentation, ideation, prototyping, backlog creation, and requirements refinement.
• Create clear documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user journeys, process diagrams, wireframes, and workflow descriptions.
• Support product discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirement validation sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities across multiple business areas.
• Help define MVPs, prioritize features, and structure phased delivery plans.
• Support QA teams by clarifying expected behavior, reviewing test scenarios, and validating delivered functionality against business expectations.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and reducing ambiguity.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role in software development projects.
• Strong experience working on complex enterprise software platforms or multi-module digital products.
• Ability to understand and document business processes across several domains.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery, product discovery, backlog management, and iterative software development.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and propose better product or process alternatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured documentation style, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where requirements evolve over time.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with AI-based tools for business analysis, documentation, research, prototyping, or productivity.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Lovable, Cursor, Figma AI, Notion AI, or similar platforms.
• Experience using Figma for wireframes, flows, prototypes, or collaboration with design teams.
• Experience with Lovable, v0, Bolt, or other AI-assisted product prototyping tools.
• Previous experience with CRM, ERP, HR platforms, fleet management systems, project management tools, or operational enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of cloud concepts, preferably across multi-cloud environments.
• Experience working with fintech, banking, insurance, logistics, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data models, and system architecture.
