Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field / at least 1 year experience in a similar role;
• Driving license - B Category;
• Availability for business trips, on average 2-5 days/month;
• Working experience with MS SQL Server, RDBMS knowledge;
• Result orientation and attention to detail;
• Team spirit and a strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility;
• Structured, analytical thinking;
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
• Customer orientation and responsiveness to customer expressed needs.

Highly appreciated if you have:

• Coursework: business analysis, project management, agile methodology or other;
• Work experience with business software solutions (ERP, CRM, DM or others);
• Training experience.

As Business Analyst in Integrisoft you will have the following responsibilities:

• Performing business analysis for applications and functionalities that are under your responsibility;
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical teams;
• Requirements elicitation from product/project documentation, technical offers, legislation or from analysis meetings;
• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;
• Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements;
• Remote assistance and support, managing and strengthening the relationship with our clients ;
• Updating, implementing and maintaining the overall project documentation, user manuals, as well as training and implementation methodologies.
