Job Purpose/Scope

The Business Analyst – IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services is responsible for the health, optimization, and support of local business systems and processes within a defined Litens region. This role focuses exclusively on regional/site-specific systems and operations, supporting and optimizing local business processes and applications. The BA acts as the primary liaison between local business units, IT, and vendors, ensuring that local needs are met while facilitating integration with global applications when required. The BA reports directly to the IT Regional Manager and is accountable for local priorities and site-specific objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain deep expertise in site-specific applications, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements tailored to local business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide direct, hands-on support for local users and systems, including working with local vendors.
• Act as the primary IT-business liaison at the site, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate integration of global applications with local systems, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with local standards.
• Make autonomous decisions regarding local systems and processes in alignment with the IT Manager, escalating only when global alignment is required.
• Champion adoption of new local systems and processes, tailoring communication and training to local audiences.
• Gain good understanding of local, business processes which are covered and supported by local systems. Understand their structure, performance and identifying areas for improvement when there is no global System in place to cover those.
• Lead and execute local IT projects; support integration of global applications into local systems when required.
• Ensure local systems and processes comply with regional regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with IT Operations, Security Operations, site leadership, and local vendors.
• Support new application Vendor evaluations, contracts, purchasing, licenses for IT local applications, ensure local Vendor quality and performance.
• Drive change management initiatives for application-related changes at the site level

Knowledge/Qualifications

• University Degree.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing environment.
• Previous roles in Busyness Systems/ Business Applications, IT management.
• Strong Background in PowerApps as well as in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Broad, generalist knowledge of all local business applications and IT landscape.
• Understanding of high-level business processes and departmental responsibilities within the region/site.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PIPL).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for business and technical issues.
• Ability to lead and participate in projects, depending on scope and role.
• Change management skills, with the ability to drive adoption and minimize disruption.

Experience

• Experience providing full support for local systems, including implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of optimizing regional/local business processes. ·
• Experience working on-site within the region and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or technology-driven environment is an asset.
