Responsibilities:

• Capture and describe requirements according to the quality standards operating within the team.
• Liaise with all parties (Business, Operations, IT delivery team) involved to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist and support QAT, SIT and UAT.
• Ensure agreed analysis deliverables are prepared according to deadline of the projects.
• Mediate and resolve issues as and when they arise.
• Cooperate with other teams to ensure strategic initiatives are leveraged.
• Identify areas to improve the analysis and delivery capabilities of the wider team.
• Be accountable for adequate activity and information management in Confluence and Jira.
• Keep aware of the latest industry trends and best practice to improve the team.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, Product Owners and management.

Skills Description:

• 5+ years of experience as BA in teams, working with BE technologies.
• Outstanding analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis such as business process modelling, use cases/user story writing, data modelling
• Exposure to management activity using tools such as Atlassian JIRA & Confluence.
• Comfortable working within a full project life cycle from initiation through to delivery.
• Experience of working with an agile methodology would be an advantage.
• Experience in identifying and documenting client technical needs, internal structures, procedures, workflows, and systems.
• Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Understanding of Banking products and processes.
• German language (optional).
