Responsibilities

• Deliver critical business and/or compliance functionality through project management
• Track and communicate project results to all entire project community and stakeholders
• Monitoring key deliverables and providing visibility to clients and internal stakeholders
• Taking ownership and ensuring completion of milestones without any extension or time delay
• Identify process gaps/inefficiencies and recommend/drive projects to deploy value add solutions in concert with stakeholder sponsorship
• Ensure Document management rules are adhered to as per policy
• Maintaining complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs
• Attention to the quality of details is a must, including the ability to clearly document the work done and to manage high volumes of work in a precise manner
• Demonstrate the value of central common processes by driving tool based disciplined walkthroughs
• Provide and gain Subject Matter Expertise to business led projects, POR projects, support needs and other priority requests
• Preparing training material
• Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and technology architecture
• Identify potential risks and issues within projects, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them to stakeholders.

Critical Skills

• Foreign languages skills:
• Advanced English language skills (written, reading, and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Post graduation studies would be a plus.
• Previous work experience in Data Management and Reporting is required.
• Previous work experience in Project Management represents an advantage
• Gather and analyze data from many sources to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements.
• Use data analytics to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and provide data-driven reports and suggestions to executives and stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in automation, with the ability to streamline workflows and implement digital solutions for process improvement
• Demonstrated responsibility and attention to detail in managing tasks and delivering high-quality results
• Project management expertise
• Power BI experience, including building dashboards and generating business insights
• Strong design and logic skills, with the ability to conceptualize and implement effective solutions
