What You Can Expect

• Participate in Knowledge Transfer Sessions with the outgoing vendor to understand DOP-TS business logic, workflows, and process dependencies.
• Shadow the vendor’s Business Analysts to learn how requirements are gathered, refined, and translated into development tasks.
• Perform Reverse Shadowing, taking over tasks under vendor supervision to validate readiness for full responsibility.
• Document business processes, rules, and functional behaviors to build a complete knowledge base
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, or risks related to business requirements and ensure these are captured and addressed
• Takeover of BA responsibilities, from requirement clarification to stakeholder coordination.
  

What You Bring Along

• Strong understanding of order processes, ideally within the Volkswagen Group context and familiarity with the NADIN system.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams during complex transitions or handovers.
• Solid analytical skills to understand and interpret existing business rules, process flows, and documentation.
• Proficiency in German
  

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholder groups, including business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Experience in transition, insourcing, or vendor-to-vendor handover projects.
• Basic technical understanding of data flows, interfaces, or API-driven processes to support cross-functional knowledge transfer.
• Experience documenting complex enterprise workflows in a structured and scalable way.
• Experience with xsd, xslt, xpath and xml
