Job Description:

• Design and implement effective business processes to improve operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives;
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization;
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to foster process innovation and gather feedback;
• Support the development and documentation of process workflows, standards, and guidelines;

Job Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Italian (spoken and written);
• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design;
• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools;
• At least 1 year of relevant experience;
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
