Analyze and structure complex processes in the Automotive Research & Development environment
Advise management on defining product visions
Develop and present concrete ideas, requirements, and solution concepts
Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders (e.g. business departments, development teams)
Consult business and IT units on the use of new technologies, validate decisions, and identify solution options
Collaborate closely with development teams for the joint implementation of technical solutions
Support rollout activities and contribute to change management to ensure sustainable implementation within the organization
Identify and assess innovative technologies – e.g. in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) – to optimize processes and products
