Join HP’s Pricing Analytics COE to shape how we market and price products globally. As a Business and Data Analyst, you’ll act as a consultant for country teams—using user feedback and inputs to build targeted analyses, automate KPIs to measure new initiatives, and continuously fine-tune our live pricing solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret user inputs to identify opportunities for solution improvement
• Build and deliver deep-dive analyses for country teams, translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Automate KPI tracking to measure the impact of new initiatives and solution changes
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting
• Present insights and support the implementation of action plans
• Monitor the impact of changes and refine strategies to optimize live solutions
  

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in business analysis
• Proficiency in R or Python, SQL, Excel, PowerBI
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• English proficiency
