We are looking for a new colleague in Agrimatco Romania, who will successfully take the temporary engagement as Business Assistant. The vacancy is based in our head office in Bucharest.


Contract duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)

Working model: office


What you will do:


  • Serve as a central communication point between the GM and internal teams
  • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Technical teams to gather updates and ensure timely information flow
  • Support communication with suppliers, partners, and customers as instructed by the GM
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining structured documentation
  • Prepare summaries, notes, reminders, and weekly activity overviews for the GM
  • Support the GM with travel arrangements, basic correspondence, and day-to-day organizational tasks
  • Ensure proper organization of files, agreements, and internal records
  • Compile basic data and prepare simple summaries or tables for internal use
  • Track deadlines, submission dates, and important milestones for ongoing activities
  • Assist the GM in tracking key customer requests and product-related updates
  • Support the coordination of events, product launches, or demonstrations
  • Ensure that internal procedures are followed and documentation is up to date


If you have:


  • Experience in administrative, coordination, or project management roles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills and comfort interacting with multiple departments
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with structured information
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling internal information
  • Fluency in Romanian and English language (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian (preferable)
