The Skills We Are Seeking

• Proven experience in business consulting, within the IT, or even automotive industry
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Documentation skills (system, user, process and source code documentation)
• Familiarisation with methodologies as Agile, DevOps, Waterfall and Rapid application development
• NoSQL/Hadoop, SQL, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Apache Spark experience would be nice to have
• Familiarization with general software development methods
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics
• Clear and effective communicator
• Flexible and adaptable team player
• Efficient problem-solver
• Analytical and structured
• Proficient in German (spoken and written) and in English

Your Impact as a Business Consultant

• Collaborate with the product manager on strategic planning and prioritization; collaborate with different teams for better business outcomes
• Test business processes and recommend improvements; analyze process issues and bottlenecks
• Identify automation opportunities & stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies and IT trends
• Advise on the adoption of cutting-edge solutions to improve product development and customer experiences
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories (description, acceptance criteria) & create functional and non-functional requirements
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
• Conduct team workshops - discovery and brainstorming
• Assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
