Descriere:


We are searching for an experienced Business Controller with excellent communication abilities and result oriented vision, to join our Controlling team.


In your role you will have to establish a good status as contact person in the controlling department of a branch office and be able to cover all Controlling work areas in a targeted and successful manner. You will independently carry out agreements with all departments of the branch, requests measures to improve results and follows these up. As a Business Controller you are responsible for the analysis of the forwarding processes as well as the development and support of measures to improve them. You will act also as an advisor and provider of ideas by using key figures and preparation / interpretation of the BAB / budget results and thus support the enhancement of the branch and country result.


Your Abilities:

  • successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling / finance;


  • 2+ years' of experience in controlling;


  • advanced working command of written and spoken English;


  • strong quantitative and communication skills;

  • principles of business entity management, economic result;

  • monitoring, evaluating and processing management analyses;


  • assessing and controlling of the management efficiency and performance;


  • processing of economic analyses and analyses according to the needs of the organization;


  • principles of costing and budgeting;


  • methods and procedures of financial planning, preparation and processing of documents for financial analysis and planning;


  • principles of internal controls of the organization.


Your tasks:

  • creation of monthly reporting and forecast;


  • creation of the annual budget;


  • preparation and interpretation of evaluations / key figures for the production areas main carriage and short distance and transhipment terminal as well as other operative departments analysis of key indicators, development of proposed measures to improve operational performance and support departments in the implementing measures;


  • preparation of customer tenders and shipment data;


  • creation of pre- and post-calculations as well as preparation of the MainCustomerOverview;


  • tariff preparation;


  • safe application of the CR standard tools and their functionality organizing, participating in and leading meetings focused on company results with an emphasis on the financial, operational and business areas;


  • profund handling of the data warehouse / databases (Hyperion, Access => shipments, main carriage, short distance, accounting, insurance);


  • profund handling of IT tools and knowledge of their possibilities (Windows, MS Office, SAP, data warehouse, BI systems, DOMINO);


  • creation of other evaluations, key figures and benchmarks;


  • independent agreements with the departments of the branch;


  • reporting to transnational management .
