A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Controller to join our CP Business Controlling team. In this role, you will support financial steering and decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders and finance teams to provide transparency on business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support the achievement of financial targets.How You’ll Make An ImpactPerform financial analyses, KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and financial simulations to support business decision-makingPrepare and coordinate monthly MOR reporting and management presentations in close collaboration with key stakeholdersSupport and coordinate monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliverablesConsolidate business stakeholder inputs, ensure forecast consistency and accuracy, and monitor deviations with actionable recommendationsDrive continuous improvement of planning assumptions, forecasting methodologies, financial transparency, and overall controlling effectivenessSupport and promote digitalization and automation initiatives across controlling, reporting, and planning processesWhat You BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or a similar finance functionUnderstanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Power BI, or other reporting and planning tools is an advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholdersFluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional language skills are considered a plusAbout The TeamIn our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology and more.Who is Siemens Energy?
