We are looking for a talented Business Data Analyst to support our core applications — GRD BATCH, PROMETHEE, and SOURCEO.

French B2 level is mandatory.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the incident backlog — qualification, prioritization based on criticality, root cause analysis and ticket assignment
• Assigning incidents to problems to definitively fix their root cause
• Participating in workshops with stakeholders to present issues and drive corrective actions
• Validating the quality of development integrations during acceptance phases
• Providing user support and handling production emergencies — analyzing bug reports and supervising their resolution
• Reporting regularly on issue progress to the Manager
• Participating in Digital Steering Committees to report on RUN actions taken

What you bring:

Technical skills: SQL, XML, JSON, Kafka, API

Functional skills: asynchronous and synchronous flow exchanges, IS urbanization, project management principles and methodologies, strong writing and synthesis skills

Nice to have: knowledge of French utilities, AWS
